Welcome to Chya Kharcha. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account, or by confirming when asked on your first sign-in, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you accept these Terms and our Platform Policies. We keep a record of that confirmation. We may suspend any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18 (see Age Requirement).
Creators are paid either to a bank account in Nepal (in NPR) or, for creators in the United States, through Stripe Connect (in USD, converted from NPR at payout). By choosing Stripe you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payout details are explained in our payout policy.
You retain ownership of any Content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content.
You further warrant that you own, or hold the rights to sell, everything you list — including any design, artwork, photograph or description used in a listing. Listing work you do not own is a breach of these Terms and of our platform policies, which set out what is prohibited and what happens to an infringing listing and any orders placed against it.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
These and the other prohibited content categories are set out in full in the Prohibited Content section of our platform policies. Content can be reported with the Report button on any post or listing.
Refunds, disputes and card chargebacks are handled under our Refunds & Disputes policy, which forms part of these Terms. Buyers agree to contact ChyaKharcha before disputing a payment with their bank. Sellers agree that earnings from a refunded or charged-back sale are not paid out, or are deducted from later payouts if already paid.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
