We actively monitor all creator accounts for suspicious activity to protect both supporters and creators. Our fraud detection systems continuously analyze transaction patterns and account behavior.
Stolen Card & Money Laundering Policy
Zero Tolerance Policy
Any suspicion or evidence of stolen card usage or money laundering will result in:
Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
All payments will be refunded to supporters using their original payment method
Reporting to relevant authorities as required by law
Legal action may be pursued

Prohibited Content
The following may not be posted, listed, sold, offered as a service or linked to anywhere on Chya Kharcha — in posts, products, digital services, exclusive content, profile pages, messages or scholarship campaigns. This applies whatever the payment method and whether the content is public, exclusive or blurred.
Adult and sexual content
Sexually explicit content of any kind, including text, images, audio, video and AI-generated material
Nudity, including partial nudity presented in a sexual context
Adult audio or video services, including cam shows, sexual video calls, erotic audio, and custom or on-request sexual content
Age-restricted adult material or products, including pornography, adult toys and access to adult sites or subscriptions
Escort, companionship or other sexual services, or content that solicits them
Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors. This is reported to law enforcement and the account is permanently banned without appeal
Hate speech, extremism and violence
Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanises, harasses or calls for exclusion of people based on immutable or protected characteristics — race, ethnicity, caste, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease
Content that promotes, incites, threatens or glorifies violence against any group based on those characteristics
Violent extremism: support for, fundraising for, recruitment for or propaganda on behalf of terrorist or violent extremist organisations, individuals or ideologies
Merchandise, symbols or designs that promote hate groups or violent extremism
Graphic violence or gore shared to shock, celebrate or incite, and credible threats against anyone
The sensitive content setting, which blurs a post until the viewer chooses to see it, is for material that is allowed but that some people may not want to see without warning — such as medical, news or documentary content. Marking something as sensitive does not make prohibited content acceptable.
What happens if content breaks these rules. It is removed or the listing is deactivated, open orders for it are cancelled and refunded, and earnings from it may be withheld. Depending on severity, the account is suspended or permanently banned, and we report content to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
Reporting & Review
Every post and listing has a Report button. Reports go straight to our moderation team, which reviews them and takes action under these policies; the creator is not told who reported them. We also remove content we find ourselves while moderating the platform or verifying creators for payouts, whether or not anyone has reported it.
Original Work & Copyright
Everything you sell here has to be yours. You may list a design, product or service only if you created it or hold the rights to sell it. This applies to every listing, and it applies most sharply to print-on-demand, where uploading someone else's artwork takes seconds.
You may not upload or list
Logos, brand names, team badges or trademarks you don't own
Characters, artwork or illustrations from films, games, anime, comics or other creators
Song lyrics, poems or extended quotations still in copyright
Photographs you didn't take, including images found through a search engine
Another shop's product photos, descriptions or listings, copied wholesale
AI-generated artwork is allowed, but the rules above still hold: a prompt naming a real brand or a copyrighted character produces an infringing design, and listing it is your responsibility rather than the tool's.
What happens if a listing infringes. It is removed, and any order already placed against it is refunded to the buyer. Because print-on-demand orders are printed and shipped by us, an infringing design that reaches production is a cost we recover from the creator's balance. Repeat infringement results in loss of selling privileges, and a rights holder's formal complaint may be passed on to them along with the information we are required to provide.

Document Verification for Payouts
To ensure platform integrity and prevent fraud, we require document verification before processing payouts:
Multiple Account Prevention: One person, one ChyaKharcha account. A bank account or eSewa ID may receive payouts for one account only. The only exception is a second account (for example a separate brand) that is verified with the same citizenship as the first and approved by ChyaKharcha; until then, payouts to a shared account are held.
Payout Monitoring: We actively monitor for duplicate accounts during payout processing
Payment Holds: Payouts may be held if any suspicious activity or policy violations are detected
Investigation Period: We reserve the right to investigate accounts before releasing funds
Identity Verification Requirements
Mandatory Verification
Creator account owner and bank account information must match and will be verified:
The legal name on your verified ID (citizenship) must match the bank account holder name. Your shop or profile name may be a brand or pen name.
Government-issued ID verification may be required
Bank account ownership verification is mandatory for payouts
Mismatched information will result in payout delays or account suspension
Digital Services Verification
For creators offering digital services, we verify the authenticity and completion of services to protect supporters:
Completion Notes Review: We review completion notes to verify actual digital service delivery
Generic/Fake Services: Putting generic or fake digital service descriptions is strictly monitored and prohibited
Service Disclosure: Creators must clearly disclose what kind of digital service they are selling
Service Delivery: Failure to deliver promised services may result in refunds and account penalties
Quality Standards: Digital services must meet reasonable quality standards as described
Age Requirement
Minimum Age: 18 Years
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Chya Kharcha. When you sign up — or, for accounts created earlier, the first time you sign in — you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older and to accept our Terms of Service and these policies. We record when you did so. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended, and any pending earnings held until the matter is resolved.
Payouts
Creators choose how they are paid from the Payouts page on their profile, and can change it at any time:
Nepal — local bank: earnings are paid in NPR to the Nepali bank account you provide. The account holder's name must match your verified identity.
USA — Stripe: earnings are converted from NPR to USD at the exchange rate on the day of payout and sent through Stripe Connect to your US bank account. Stripe verifies your identity during setup and its Connected Account Agreement applies.
Payouts are processed weekly (on Sundays) after the document verification described above, net of the 10% platform service fee. Delivery fees are passed through to the courier and are not part of earnings.
Refunds & Disputes
When a buyer can get a refund
Digital services(custom posts, video calls, design work…): within 24 hours of purchase if the creator hasn't started the work; any time if the creator doesn't deliver what was described.
Digital files(PDFs, ebooks, downloads): within 24 hours of purchase if the file hasn't been downloaded, or if the file is broken, empty or not what was described. A file that has been downloaded and works as described is considered delivered.
Physical products: within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, or if it arrived wrong, damaged or never arrived. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.
Print-on-demand: made to order, so refunds are given only for printing defects, damage, or the wrong item or size being sent — not for change of mind.
Chiya supports and scholarship donations are gifts and are generally not refundable, except for duplicate or unauthorised payments.
How refunds and disputes work
The buyer contacts ChyaKharcha (details below) with the order number and the reason, within the window above.
We ask the seller for their side — for example proof of delivery, completion notes, the delivered file, or courier tracking. Sellers should reply within 3 days; no reply may be decided in the buyer's favour.
We decide based on the order record and what both sides provide, usually within 7 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (eSewa, Khalti or card); the time the money takes to arrive depends on the payment provider.
Effect on sellers
The seller's earnings for a refunded sale are not paid out; if they were already paid, the amount is deducted from the seller's next payouts.
Delivery fees for orders that were never shipped are refunded to the buyer.
Repeated refunds for non-delivery or misdescribed items may lead to payout holds or account suspension under these policies.
Card chargebacks
If a card buyer disputes a payment with their bank, ChyaKharcha responds to the dispute with Stripe and may ask the seller for proof of delivery. While a dispute is open, the related earnings may be held. If the bank decides for the buyer, the seller's earnings for that sale are reversed as described above. Buyers are asked to contact us first — most problems are solved faster that way.
Enforcement & Appeals
We take these policies seriously and enforce them consistently. If your account is suspended or banned, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with relevant documentation. However, decisions regarding fraud, money laundering, gambling, sexual content involving minors, or violent extremism are final and non-appealable.
